We hand-fabricate all pieces using sterling silver 925, 14 karat yellow gold and 14 karat yellow gold plated over sterling silver 925 and should be safe for sensitive ears.
When a black oxidized finish is used, expect them to fade with everyday wearing and the silver will shine trough eventually with exposure to the elements and human touch. This is normal.
Sterling silver can turn a bit black after a while, you can clean this easily with a silver polish or dip which you can buy at the grocery stores (tip: Hagerty silver dip). We love the oxidation process tho, it gives your jewelry so much character :).
In case you bought a gold plated item, please keep in mind gold plating will wear off over time due to contact with skin, cosmetics and other chemicals or even your natural skin PH. For this reason, it is particularly important to take special care of your gold plated jewelry.
Do not swim, bathe or shower in your jewelry and avoid unnecessary exposure to heat and moisture where possible. Overload of perfume may affect your jewelry due to the alcohol.
The delivery time on our jewelry is based on the production time needed in our atelier. You can find the production time and additional product information next to each product. The production time of your order is also shown at the bottom of your invoice, please note that this period is calculated without shipping days. Please plan accordingly and contact us directly at email@example.com if you are in a time crunch or if you have any questions regarding shipping. National orders: All orders within The Netherlands will be carried by PostNL and provided with a track&trace code. This track&trace code will be sent to you by email by PostNL right after your package has been shipped out. Shipping costs for orders within The Netherlands are EUR 6,50 and will be specified on your invoice. PostNL states to deliver packages within 2 business days after you received the track&trace code. This information is an indication provided by PostNL and that we cannot guaranty any delivery time based on this information. Please note we can't be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.
International orders: All international orders will be carried by FedEx Priority Service and are provided with a track&trace code. This track&trace code will be sent to you by email by FedEx right after your package has been shipped out. Shipping costs and delivery time for international orders depends on the destination and the costs are specified on your invoice. Additional import, customs and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country's specific requirements. Please note we can't be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.
